內蒙古國地稅助推區域經濟一體化發展

  呼和浩特、包頭和鄂爾多斯三市位于內蒙古自治區中西部,是國家呼包銀榆經濟區的重要組成部分、國家能源礦產資源富集區和內蒙古經濟發展的核心區,經濟關聯度高,生產要素流動快。內蒙古國稅局、地稅局立足稅收工作實際,主動圍繞內蒙古黨委、政府作出的促進呼包鄂協同發展戰略部署,提升工作站位,大力開展呼包鄂區域間稅收合作,借助稅收信息化支撐和數據集中的優勢,不斷提高跨區域稅收治理水平,為區域經濟一體化發展提供強大助力。
  
  一是(shi)以工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)全力保障(zhang)區域間稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)收(shou)合作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)落實(shi)。內蒙(meng)古(gu)(gu)國(guo)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)局(ju)、地(di)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)局(ju)聯(lian)合出臺(tai)《關于呼(hu)包(bao)鄂協(xie)同發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)收(shou)合作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的意(yi)見(jian)》,通(tong)過(guo)呼(hu)包(bao)鄂區域間資質互認、征(zheng)管互助、信息共享、執法協(xie)同等方式積極開展(zhan)(zhan)三(san)地(di)間稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)收(shou)合作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),并(bing)確定4大類(lei)21項重點(dian)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),分(fen)解落實(shi)到內蒙(meng)古(gu)(gu)國(guo)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)局(ju)、地(di)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)局(ju)相關部門以及呼(hu)包(bao)鄂三(san)地(di)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)務(wu)部門。建立呼(hu)包(bao)鄂稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)收(shou)合作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)領導(dao)小組工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)、聯(lian)席會議工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)、三(san)市輪值工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)、專項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)推進(jin)機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)和信息通(tong)報交流(liu)機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)等,要求呼(hu)包(bao)鄂協(xie)同發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)收(shou)合作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)在內蒙(meng)古(gu)(gu)國(guo)地(di)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)合作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)領導(dao)小組的領導(dao)下(xia)開展(zhan)(zhan),通(tong)過(guo)各項制(zhi)(zhi)度的落實(shi)保障(zhang)合作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)效果。
  
  二是以“互聯網(wang)+稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)”持續優(you)化(hua)(hua)區域(yu)間納(na)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)服務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)。呼(hu)(hu)包鄂(e)三(san)(san)(san)地(di)(di)納(na)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)人在(zai)全區占比32.47%,內蒙(meng)古國稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)局、地(di)(di)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)局聯合(he)(he)建設了(le)全功(gong)能一體化(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)國稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)地(di)(di)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)聯合(he)(he)網(wang)上(shang)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)服務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)廳(ting),涵蓋實(shi)體辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)服務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)廳(ting)的(de)(de)大部分稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)收業(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)。截(jie)至目前(qian),三(san)(san)(san)地(di)(di)共計20.44萬戶納(na)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)人在(zai)“聯合(he)(he)網(wang)廳(ting)”進行注冊,累計辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)理(li)(li)(li)涉稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)192.51萬筆,切實(shi)滿足(zu)了(le)納(na)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)人隨時(shi)隨地(di)(di)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)理(li)(li)(li)涉稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)需求。率先在(zai)三(san)(san)(san)地(di)(di)推(tui)(tui)進實(shi)體辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)服務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)廳(ting)涉稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)通辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban),目前(qian)已實(shi)現包括稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)登記、稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)認定、發票(piao)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)理(li)(li)(li)、申報納(na)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)、稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)收優(you)惠辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)理(li)(li)(li)、證明辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)理(li)(li)(li)、宣傳咨詢7大類211個涉稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)通辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)。積極(ji)推(tui)(tui)行跨區域(yu)涉稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)事項(xiang)報驗(yan)管理(li)(li)(li),方(fang)便三(san)(san)(san)地(di)(di)納(na)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)人外(wai)出(chu)經營網(wang)上(shang)報驗(yan),使三(san)(san)(san)地(di)(di)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)理(li)(li)(li)突破時(shi)間和空間限制(zhi),節約(yue)了(le)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)成本,減輕(qing)了(le)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)負擔(dan),提高(gao)了(le)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質效(xiao)。同(tong)時(shi),多渠道滿足(zu)納(na)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)人辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)方(fang)式選擇,大力推(tui)(tui)廣(guang)自助辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),截(jie)至目前(qian),已在(zai)呼(hu)(hu)包鄂(e)三(san)(san)(san)地(di)(di)投(tou)入自助辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)機282臺,實(shi)現發票(piao)領用、發票(piao)代開(kai)、發票(piao)認證、稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)款(kuan)申報等涉稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)24小時(shi)全天(tian)候辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)理(li)(li)(li)。
  
  三(san)是以涉稅(shui)信(xin)(xin)(xin)息共享(xiang)(xiang)打破(po)呼(hu)(hu)包(bao)鄂(e)地域(yu)界限。依托金稅(shui)三(san)期、稅(shui)收大數據(ju)共享(xiang)(xiang)管理(li)平臺(tai)、“聯合網廳”,打破(po)呼(hu)(hu)包(bao)鄂(e)行政區劃界限,實現呼(hu)(hu)包(bao)鄂(e)區域(yu)間涉稅(shui)信(xin)(xin)(xin)息共享(xiang)(xiang)。目前,信(xin)(xin)(xin)息共享(xiang)(xiang)內(nei)容不僅包(bao)括(kuo)稅(shui)務(wu)機關(guan)內(nei)部信(xin)(xin)(xin)息,還包(bao)括(kuo)其他涉稅(shui)部門信(xin)(xin)(xin)息。積極推進內(nei)蒙古(gu)社會信(xin)(xin)(xin)用信(xin)(xin)(xin)息平臺(tai)、公共資源(yuan)交易平臺(tai)、呼(hu)(hu)包(bao)鄂(e)三(san)地綜(zong)合治稅(shui)平臺(tai)的(de)數據(ju)交換,加大數據(ju)整合、傳遞質效(xiao),使三(san)地稅(shui)務(wu)部門充分利用共享(xiang)(xiang)數據(ju)信(xin)(xin)(xin)息開展(zhan)稅(shui)源(yuan)分析,協(xie)同開展(zhan)風險管理(li),不斷(duan)提高稅(shui)收治理(li)現代化(hua)水平。
  
  四是以征管(guan)(guan)互助提(ti)(ti)升異(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)地(di)(di)(di)(di)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)收(shou)管(guan)(guan)理(li)水平。呼包鄂三(san)地(di)(di)(di)(di)國(guo)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)、地(di)(di)(di)(di)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)部(bu)門(men)通過內蒙(meng)古國(guo)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)局(ju)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)收(shou)大數據(ju)(ju)共享(xiang)管(guan)(guan)理(li)平臺篩(shai)查三(san)地(di)(di)(di)(di)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)務(wu)機關(guan)(guan)已認(ren)定(ding)非正(zheng)常(chang)(chang)戶(hu)(hu)信息(xi)(xi),積極(ji)開展(zhan)非正(zheng)常(chang)(chang)戶(hu)(hu)信息(xi)(xi)比對(dui),聯(lian)合進(jin)(jin)行非正(zheng)常(chang)(chang)戶(hu)(hu)公(gong)告。任(ren)何一方稅(shui)(shui)(shui)務(wu)機關(guan)(guan)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)辦(ban)理(li)涉稅(shui)(shui)(shui)事(shi)項時(shi),根(gen)據(ju)(ju)實名辦(ban)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)系統預警提(ti)(ti)示,對(dui)轄區正(zheng)常(chang)(chang)經營(ying)納稅(shui)(shui)(shui)人(ren)(ren)(ren)的法(fa)定(ding)代表(biao)人(ren)(ren)(ren)或業主(zhu)(zhu)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)異(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)地(di)(di)(di)(di)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)務(wu)機關(guan)(guan)非正(zheng)常(chang)(chang)戶(hu)(hu)認(ren)定(ding)信息(xi)(xi)的,主(zhu)(zhu)管(guan)(guan)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)務(wu)機關(guan)(guan)及(ji)時(shi)啟(qi)動非正(zheng)常(chang)(chang)戶(hu)(hu)異(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)地(di)(di)(di)(di)協(xie)同管(guan)(guan)理(li)流程;對(dui)三(san)地(di)(di)(di)(di)正(zheng)常(chang)(chang)戶(hu)(hu)法(fa)定(ding)代表(biao)人(ren)(ren)(ren)或業主(zhu)(zhu)、財務(wu)負責人(ren)(ren)(ren)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)異(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)地(di)(di)(di)(di)任(ren)何一方存(cun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)非正(zheng)常(chang)(chang)戶(hu)(hu)情況的,三(san)地(di)(di)(di)(di)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)務(wu)部(bu)門(men)協(xie)同進(jin)(jin)行懲戒(jie)。同時(shi),協(xie)同開展(zhan)非正(zheng)常(chang)(chang)戶(hu)(hu)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)險管(guan)(guan)理(li),按季度(du)通過三(san)地(di)(di)(di)(di)盟市(shi)局(ju)聯(lian)絡人(ren)(ren)(ren)交換風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)險管(guan)(guan)理(li)疑點信息(xi)(xi),協(xie)同進(jin)(jin)行數據(ju)(ju)分(fen)析,將法(fa)定(ding)代表(biao)人(ren)(ren)(ren)或業主(zhu)(zhu)、財務(wu)負責人(ren)(ren)(ren)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)非正(zheng)常(chang)(chang)戶(hu)(hu)認(ren)定(ding)信息(xi)(xi)的納稅(shui)(shui)(shui)人(ren)(ren)(ren)列為風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)險管(guan)(guan)理(li)對(dui)象;風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)險發起單位將風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)險應對(dui)結果及(ji)時(shi)反(fan)饋(kui)給呼包鄂三(san)地(di)(di)(di)(di)相關(guan)(guan)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)務(wu)部(bu)門(men),進(jin)(jin)一步(bu)提(ti)(ti)高區域內異(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)地(di)(di)(di)(di)經營(ying)納稅(shui)(shui)(shui)人(ren)(ren)(ren)經營(ying)活動管(guan)(guan)理(li)水平。
  
  五是以稽(ji)(ji)查(cha)聯(lian)(lian)動努力營造良好稅(shui)收(shou)環(huan)境。在(zai)(zai)國地(di)稅(shui)聯(lian)(lian)合稽(ji)(ji)查(cha)基礎上,建立(li)呼包(bao)(bao)鄂三地(di)案件聯(lian)(lian)動檢(jian)查(cha)機制,創(chuang)建呼包(bao)(bao)鄂稽(ji)(ji)查(cha)人(ren)才(cai)庫(ku),聯(lian)(lian)合開展(zhan)專項檢(jian)查(cha)和(he)專項整(zheng)治(zhi)(zhi)。協同開展(zhan)呼包(bao)(bao)鄂跨區(qu)域聯(lian)(lian)合懲(cheng)戒(jie),在(zai)(zai)雙隨機重點異常監控名錄庫(ku)的(de)(de)基礎上搭建聯(lian)(lian)合懲(cheng)戒(jie)公示平臺,共同宣傳稅(shui)收(shou)違法“黑名單(dan)”和(he)聯(lian)(lian)合懲(cheng)戒(jie)典型案例和(he)懲(cheng)戒(jie)措施(shi),擴大約束懲(cheng)戒(jie)在(zai)(zai)三地(di)間的(de)(de)社(she)會(hui)影響(xiang)力,打破(po)行政區(qu)劃限制,實現(xian)聯(lian)(lian)合懲(cheng)戒(jie)一體化。聯(lian)(lian)合打造“智(zhi)慧(hui)稽(ji)(ji)查(cha)”數據平臺,依(yi)托該平臺完成三地(di)稅(shui)務(wu)部(bu)門稽(ji)(ji)查(cha)執法一體化,推動呼包(bao)(bao)鄂稽(ji)(ji)查(cha)協作(zuo)向縱深發展(zhan),實現(xian)呼包(bao)(bao)鄂區(qu)域稅(shui)收(shou)協同共治(zhi)(zhi)。
  
  六(liu)是以聯(lian)(lian)合(he)(he)分(fen)(fen)析(xi)(xi)(xi)不斷(duan)提升稅收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)工作(zuo)(zuo)站位。建立(li)“兩(liang)級互動、三(san)(san)地輪流(liu)、六(liu)局聯(lian)(lian)動”的(de)呼(hu)包鄂(e)(e)聯(lian)(lian)合(he)(he)稅收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)分(fen)(fen)析(xi)(xi)(xi)機(ji)制(zhi),按照“信息(xi)共享、特(te)點突(tu)出(chu)、創新(xin)方式、有(you)序(xu)推進”的(de)合(he)(he)作(zuo)(zuo)原則,交(jiao)流(liu)互助,整合(he)(he)資源(yuan),圍(wei)繞呼(hu)包鄂(e)(e)協(xie)同發展的(de)功能定位和產(chan)業布(bu)局,以國(guo)地稅共享的(de)信息(xi)數(shu)據(ju)為基(ji)礎,全(quan)面分(fen)(fen)析(xi)(xi)(xi)呼(hu)包鄂(e)(e)經濟發展變(bian)化趨勢(shi)(shi)、稅收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)運行(xing)(xing)特(te)點、收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)入增減影響因素、稅收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)政策(ce)執行(xing)(xing)情況等(deng),形成(cheng)呼(hu)包鄂(e)(e)三(san)(san)地稅收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)形勢(shi)(shi)分(fen)(fen)析(xi)(xi)(xi)、經濟運行(xing)(xing)分(fen)(fen)析(xi)(xi)(xi)、政策(ce)效應分(fen)(fen)析(xi)(xi)(xi)和稅收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)風(feng)險分(fen)(fen)析(xi)(xi)(xi)。呼(hu)包鄂(e)(e)三(san)(san)地國(guo)地稅聯(lian)(lian)合(he)(he)撰寫《稅收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)分(fen)(fen)析(xi)(xi)(xi)報告》,打造區域聯(lian)(lian)合(he)(he)稅收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)分(fen)(fen)析(xi)(xi)(xi)“拳頭產(chan)品”,通過“制(zhi)數(shu)權(quan)”提升“話語權(quan)”,為自(zi)治(zhi)區及三(san)(san)地黨政決策(ce)提供(gong)參(can)考,更好(hao)地促(cu)進呼(hu)包鄂(e)(e)區域協(xie)同發展。

  二是以“互聯網(wang)(wang)+稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)”持續優(you)化(hua)區域間納(na)(na)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)服務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)。呼(hu)包鄂(e)三(san)地(di)(di)納(na)(na)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)人在(zai)全區占比32.47%,內(nei)蒙古國稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)局(ju)、地(di)(di)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)局(ju)聯合建設(she)了(le)全功能(neng)一體(ti)化(hua)的國稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)地(di)(di)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)聯合網(wang)(wang)上(shang)辦(ban)(ban)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)服務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)廳,涵蓋實(shi)體(ti)辦(ban)(ban)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)服務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)廳的大(da)(da)部分稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)收(shou)(shou)業務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)。截至目前(qian),三(san)地(di)(di)共計20.44萬戶納(na)(na)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)人在(zai)“聯合網(wang)(wang)廳”進行(xing)注(zhu)冊,累計辦(ban)(ban)理涉(she)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)業務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)192.51萬筆,切實(shi)滿足了(le)納(na)(na)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)人隨(sui)時(shi)(shi)隨(sui)地(di)(di)辦(ban)(ban)理涉(she)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)業務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的需(xu)求。率先在(zai)三(san)地(di)(di)推(tui)進實(shi)體(ti)辦(ban)(ban)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)服務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)廳涉(she)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)業務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)通辦(ban)(ban),目前(qian)已實(shi)現包括稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)登記、稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)認定、發(fa)票辦(ban)(ban)理、申(shen)報納(na)(na)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)、稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)收(shou)(shou)優(you)惠辦(ban)(ban)理、證(zheng)明辦(ban)(ban)理、宣傳咨詢7大(da)(da)類211個涉(she)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)業務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)通辦(ban)(ban)。積極推(tui)行(xing)跨區域涉(she)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)事項報驗管(guan)理,方便三(san)地(di)(di)納(na)(na)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)人外出經營網(wang)(wang)上(shang)報驗,使三(san)地(di)(di)業務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)辦(ban)(ban)理突破時(shi)(shi)間和空間限制(zhi),節約了(le)辦(ban)(ban)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)成本,減輕了(le)辦(ban)(ban)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)負(fu)擔,提(ti)高了(le)辦(ban)(ban)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質效。同時(shi)(shi),多(duo)渠(qu)道滿足納(na)(na)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)人辦(ban)(ban)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)方式選擇,大(da)(da)力推(tui)廣自助(zhu)辦(ban)(ban)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),截至目前(qian),已在(zai)呼(hu)包鄂(e)三(san)地(di)(di)投入自助(zhu)辦(ban)(ban)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)機282臺(tai),實(shi)現發(fa)票領(ling)用(yong)、發(fa)票代開、發(fa)票認證(zheng)、稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)款申(shen)報等涉(she)稅(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)業務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的24小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)全天候(hou)辦(ban)(ban)理。
