9月21日,在2024世(shi)界(jie)制造業大(da)會知識產(chan)(chan)權保(bao)(bao)護(hu)和(he)運用對接(jie)會上(shang),安徽(hui)省(sheng)知識產(chan)(chan)權保(bao)(bao)護(hu)中心發布《安徽(hui)省(sheng)先(xian)進(jin)光伏產(chan)(chan)業專利信息分析報告》,深度(du)分析安徽(hui)省(sheng)先(xian)進(jin)光伏領(ling)域專利數據,明晰產(chan)(chan)業發展方向(xiang),服務各級黨委(wei)政府和(he)市場主體(ti)創新(xin)決策,優化產(chan)(chan)業資源(yuan)配置(zhi),推(tui)動(dong)產(chan)(chan)業高質量發展。

報告(gao)建議,充分利(li)用省、市知(zhi)識產權保(bao)護中心快(kuai)速(su)審查優勢,提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)專利(li)申請質(zhi)(zhi)量,加(jia)快(kuai)高質(zhi)(zhi)量專利(li)獲得(de)授權;提(ti)(ti)高知(zhi)識產權服務(wu)(wu)機構專利(li)轉(zhuan)化(hua)運用服務(wu)(wu)水平,提(ti)(ti)高專利(li)轉(zhuan)化(hua)效率,促進專利(li)產業化(hua);引(yin)導(dao)省內(nei)(nei)企業加(jia)強知(zhi)識產權布局,關注國內(nei)(nei)市場,拓展(zhan)(zhan)海外市場;培育一批(pi)高素(su)質(zhi)(zhi)的(de)科技(ji)創(chuang)新(xin)人才和知(zhi)識產權管理人才,為產業的(de)高質(zhi)(zhi)量發展(zhan)(zhan)和新(xin)質(zhi)(zhi)生產力的(de)培育提(ti)(ti)供堅實(shi)基礎和保(bao)障。
